Our fully self-contained cottages are set on 4 hectares of landscaped grounds adjacent beautiful
Marengo Beach, 2 kilometres West of Apollo Bay on the magnificent Great Ocean Road, 2.5 hours
travelling time from Melbourne. The beach is wide and sandy and the water clear. There are
fascinating rock pools to explore and the offshore reef is home to a seal colony.

All have a superb view of the coast and Otway Ranges and are separated by native shrubs and
gardens. An abundance of native animals and birdlife live on the property and if you look carefully its
possible you’ll spot a resident koala. The large open area for recreation includes barbecues, picnic
tables and play equipment. An ornamental lake is home to waterfowl and colourful water lilies.

The cottages comprise of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings. All cottages have fully self-contained
kitchens, airconditioning, open fire place and free WiFi. Native shrubs separate each cottage for
privacy, but an open plan garden and easy access across the property caters perfectly for group bookings.
